Google and YouTube Data

When you connect your YouTube account to XaviBoost, we use YouTube API Services to access your channel metrics, historical view data, and public profile information to populate your analytics dashboard. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Revoking Access: You can revoke XaviBoost's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Security Settings page. Once revoked, XaviBoost will no longer be able to fetch new data, and you may contact us to delete your historical data from our servers.

TikTok Integration & Data Handling

When you connect your TikTok account to XaviBoost, we request access permissions (OAuth Scopes) to access and retrieve your profile and video data to enable creator analytics and publishing tools:

Profile Data (Scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile): We store your TikTok OpenID, Display Name, and Avatar URL to populate your user dashboard profile.
Analytics & Growth Data (Scopes: user.info.stats, video.list): We retrieve and store your follower counts, video titles, cover images, and engagement snapshots (views, likes, comments, shares) to generate your "Growth & Engagement Trend" graphs.
Publishing Services (Scopes: video.upload, video.publish): We request authorization to upload video files directly from the XaviBoost Content Composer to your TikTok account on your behalf.

Token Storage & Security: We securely store OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens in our MongoDB database. These tokens are used strictly to authenticate API requests on your behalf and are encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Data Deletion & Revocation: You retain complete control over your connected TikTok account and data:

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time within XaviBoost dashboard connection settings.
You can revoke XaviBoost's API access entirely via your TikTok Security Settings Page(Settings and Privacy > Security > Manage App Access).
To delete your TikTok-related history from our servers, you can initiate account deletion or email us at info@xavinex.com. Upon request, we will permanently wipe all associated SocialConnection, ChannelMetricHistory, and ContentMetricHistory records from our databases.
