XaviBoost (accessible at https://xaviboost.com) is an automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Xavinex. Our platform provides web-based tools for AI-powered marketing campaign generation, social account analytics, and content scheduling. All subscriptions and one-time AI credit packs are digital services delivered immediately upon successful payment processing through our authorized Merchant of Record payment gateways (Paddle, Creem.io).

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee (Merchant of Record Compliant)

In compliance with Merchant of Record consumer protection standards and global statutory consumer regulations, we offer a 14-day refund policy for our customers:

2.1 Eligibility for Initial Purchases

Customers are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of their initial recurring subscription purchase or one-time AI credit pack purchase.
Refund requests initiated within this 14-day statutory cooling-off window will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Our authorized Merchant of Record payment partners (Paddle or Creem.io) manage the financial transaction and will execute the charge reversal.

2.2 Fair Use & Infrastructure Protection

XaviBoost provisions real-time GPU/LLM compute infrastructure (OpenAI and Claude model tokens) upon each user request.
To prevent abuse of our AI compute infrastructure, refund requests submitted after substantial consumption of monthly AI credits or one-time credit packs during the trial period may be subject to review or prorated outside of mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, terms of service violations, or automated scraping prior to requesting a refund may be disqualified from discretionary refunds.

3. Subscription Cancellations

We provide a friction-free, self-serve subscription management process. You maintain 100% control over your recurring billing at all times.

3.1 How to Cancel

Navigate to Settings > Billing / Profile within your logged-in XaviBoost dashboard.
Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Confirmation is instant with no phone calls, retention loops, or penalty fees required.
Alternatively, you may contact our support team at hashim@xavinex.com prior to your renewal date to request cancellation.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

Canceling stops all future auto-renewals immediately. Your payment method will never be billed again unless you manually reactivate.
You retain uninterrupted access to your paid tier, features, and remaining monthly credits until the end of your current paid billing period (currentPeriodEnd).
Upon period expiration, your account gracefully transitions to our Free tier with no deletion of your existing historical data or campaigns.

4. AI Credit Packs & Rollover Terms

Understanding how credits and billing interact:

Monthly Subscription Credits

Allotted monthly credits reset at each billing cycle to maintain predictable server capacity. Reset credits are non-refundable upon renewal.

One-Time Top-Up Credit Packs

Purchased top-up credit packs (Starter: 50, Growth: 150, Agency: 500) never expire and roll over indefinitely until consumed. Unused top-up packs are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Third-Party Advertising Spend Disclaimer

XaviBoost is strictly a software automation platform, NOT a marketing agency, and NOT an advertising broker:

XaviBoost never collects, holds, escrow-manages, or marks up your third-party advertising spend.

All media budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) are billed directly by those networks to your payment method inside your own ad manager accounts.

XaviBoost cannot issue refunds, credits, or reversals for ad spend incurred on external platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), as those funds are paid directly to third parties.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include: (1) Your registered XaviBoost account email address, (2) Order reference number or receipt from Paddle / Creem.io, and (3) Brief reason for the refund to help us improve. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Once processed, your financial institution typically posts the credit to your account within 5–10 business days.
